Executive Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive support, managing schedules, communications, travel, and confidential matters while acting as a trusted liaison across the organisation.
  • Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations, from reception and supplies to vendor management and compliance, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and celebrations, ensuring every detail, from venues to agendas – is flawlessly executed to support team connection and engagement.
  • Drive progress on key projects and strategic initiatives by supporting executives with research, tracking milestones, and ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
  • Jump in where needed, taking on varied tasks and projects to support the Leadership Team and keep operations running smoothly.
About You:
  • Proven experience in executive-level support and administration.
  • Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory for travel between sites).
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and skilled at managing time and priorities.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • Collaborative yet confident working independently, with a can-do attitude and initiative.
