Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Clinical Care Manager.

This role will involve leading a team of caregivers and providing clinical support to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in creating an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and their individual needs are met.

You will lead a team of caregivers, ensuring they understand the unique needs and circumstances of each resident, including their identity, culture, diversity, beliefs, and life experiences.

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing clinical and leadership support to the Home Manager.
  • Supporting care delivery through guidance and leadership to the care team.
  • Delivering quality and clinical improvement projects at a care home level.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a proven track record.
  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • A proven ability in quality management using a teambuilding approach through mentoring and staff development.
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
