Clinical Care Leader Position

The role involves providing strategic and clinical support to the Home Manager in creating an environment where residents feel valued and respected.

About the Role
  • Support care delivery through leadership and guidance to the Care Team, focusing on quality patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies using a team-based approach, ensuring effective care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the Care Team, promoting best practices in patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care team to understand resident needs, wishes, and goals, driving quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • A current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Infection Control principles.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a senior management position within the aged care sector.
