Senior Workplace Strategist

As a key member of our organisation's workplace strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the development of efficient workplaces for our staff and organisation as a whole. You will be responsible for managing a busy portfolio of property and developing accommodation strategies to deliver effective workspaces.
The successful candidate will have experience in masterplanning and portfolio accommodation strategies, with a strong understanding of functional briefing and design principles. They will also possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and provide expert advice.
Responsibilities will include:
- Engaging stakeholders and undertaking test fits of design scenarios
- Undertaking high-level project and portfolio planning
- Providing design and expert advice, keeping up-to-date with workspace strategy
We are looking for an experienced Space Manager with a design background, who can demonstrate management of executive level relationships and provide expert advice built on validation of data and physical options.
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team of experts, improving the workplace for our organisation. This is a long-term opportunity with a high degree of diversity and exciting challenges in the space management and workplace strategy fields.
