About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our Graduate Optometry Team as a Graduate Optometry Development Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that will involve working with graduates and store partners to support the clinical and professional development of early-career optometrists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the Senior Graduate Optometry Development Manager for ANZ to lead the delivery of the industry-leading Specsavers Graduate Program.
  • Utilize optometric knowledge to provide essential input, ensuring that graduate recruitment and development initiatives align with the clinical and personal development needs of our optometrists.
  • Develop and deliver Graduate Program Workshops to small and large audiences, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Build rapport with professionals at all levels and work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to the development of a hybrid approach to support our people and the future of work.
