We help clients maximize their asset lifecycle while driving sustainable outcomes. With strong growth across Australia, we're looking for proactive consultants to join our national team.

Our projects span sectors such as transport, infrastructure, buildings, defence, energy, resources and utilities, offering variety and growth opportunities.

You'll work with public and private clients to understand asset management needs and solve real-world challenges. Opportunities exist to develop your career in areas like business development and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for key clients.
  • Translate analysis outputs into actionable decisions for various stakeholders.
  • Foster client relationships, understanding their problems and working together to identify solutions in areas such as:
    • Developing and assessing asset management strategies.
    • Improving capital and operations performance.
    • Building effective asset management systems.
    • Assessing asset integrity and conditions.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, explore and build strong internal and external stakeholder networks.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in asset, commercial or mining project strategy.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Client management and engagement expertise.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • A willingness to learn and grow your skills.
  • Professional qualifications in Engineering, Business or Accounting are highly desirable but not mandatory.
