Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the management of all operations at our Banyo Pilot Plant Precinct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the operations team.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective facility management.
  • Drive collaboration with researchers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in research facilities management, engineering, and/or bioprocessing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
