- Deliver comprehensive taxation services for corporate clients, encompassing income tax compliance and the preparation of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, restructuring, financing, and assist clients with meeting their corporate tax obligations.
- Collaborate within a team to deliver the full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs.
