  • Implement industry best practices, governance standards, and SDLC principles into the integration function, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high performance.
  • Drive automation initiatives by embedding CI/CD processes and ensuring repeatable, efficient delivery workflows across integration projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party providers, ensuring integration solutions align with both the company's strategic goals and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the governance of the integration lifecycle, ensuring outcomes meet the required quality, performance, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain and evolve the integration service catalogue, ensuring services remain compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including APRA.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting progress, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience delivering integration services in highly regulated environments such as financial services, healthcare, or government sectors.
  • 8+ years' experience leading integration functions, with demonstrated progression through integration development, architecture, and leadership roles.
  • 10+ years' experience with integration technologies, including Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure, Managed File Transfer Platforms, and software engineering background with proven experience implementing SDLC governance in an Agile enterprise.
  • Experience in CI/CD automation and integrated test automation for improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment between integration services and business objectives.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
