About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to bridge enterprise and solution architecture, unlocking the value of customers' software investments at MYOB.

The Customer Enterprise Architect will architect end-to-end solutions integrating MYOB products with other critical systems, providing strategic recommendations to optimize business operations. Engage in high-level discussions with CEOs, CFOs, and CTOs/CIOs, identifying key value drivers and pain points. Foster senior-level relationships and offer strategic insights to drive MYOB's Sales and Services success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex customers
  • Document architecture and design, balancing key objectives with budget and time constraints
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects and customers, including high-level executives and subject matter experts
  • Lead business systems and solution reviews, mapping as-is situations, recommending to-be solutions, and packaging these into reports with key value-related outcomes
  • Document various elements such as business process maps, system landscape architecture, solution scope and design documents, transformation roadmaps, migration strategies, proposal inputs, and change management plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor for strategic and high-potential accounts, driving business development and assisting customers in growing with MYOB's platform
  • Build and implement reusable intellectual property to improve delivery efficiency, quality, and accelerate time to value for customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in the industry, with at least 7 years in Solution Architecture with proven experience in leading and implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions
  • Strong skills in defining solution scope, end-to-end solution architecture, and solution design
  • Preferable experience in ERP solution selling, with knowledge of Payroll and Workforce management
  • Skilled in coordinating and facilitating workshops with diverse groups, while closely collaborating with others to achieve desired results
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets
  • Ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve joint outcomes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional working groups towards customer outcomes
