About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrical tradesperson to fill a leading hand position at O'Brien Electrical in Carrum Downs, Victoria.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a leading hand, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical services to our clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with existing clients to deliver electrical services within budget time frames and materials
  • Work collaboratively with a highly motivated customer-focused team to achieve outstanding results
  • Provide guidance and support to electrical apprentices to help them develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years A Grade Electrical experience
  • Service and maintenance experience
  • Ability to liaise with existing clients
  • Able to train and support electrical apprentices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with customers
