Job Description

This is a First Nations Identified Role, open only to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.

Our goal is to empower mob by providing culturally safe and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

As an Employment Consultant, you will work closely with local employers and community groups to build and maintain positive relationships, develop tailored plans for mob to create successful pathways for employment, and deliver a quality service while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children's check
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence (and comprehensively insured vehicle)
