Leads a dynamic team of Centre Managers in Wagga Wagga, driving high-quality care, financial sustainability, compliance and growth across the service while overseeing six key areas: quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering, and people development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with Work Health and Safety policies and escalates/report serious incidents promptly.
  • Oversees the complete day-to-day running of the service, providing top-quality care and education throughout three key developmental milestones.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for existing families, handling feedback and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborates with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety, and address serious service issues.
  • Leverages expertise to lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development including recruitment, training, performance, and retention.
  • Provides advisory support to nearby Centre Managers, and is well-positioned to step up as multi-site manager in times of absence.

About You:

  • Demonstrates proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site experience desirable.
  • Possesses a Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent qualification.
  • Exhibits a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Holds a valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
