Disability Support Specialist

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Disability Support Specialist to provide client-focused care and create meaningful connections with individuals living with disabilities.

This role involves providing direct care and support, assisting with daily living activities, and facilitating access to community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support solutions that cater to the unique needs of clients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure holistic care
  • Monitor and document client progress and care provided
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers)
  • Valid unrestricted drivers licence
  • Experience in disability support, with a strong preference for complex mental health or high-risk client support
