**About the Opportunity:**

Precruitment is seeking a skilled Business Support Officer to assist with disaster response efforts in Regional Queensland. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to vital community support work while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver efficient and high-quality customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  2. Compile accurate and detailed reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
  3. Support the Business Support Team with administrative tasks, including data entry, data analysis, creating work orders, and preparing weekly newsletters.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fleet management and office maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
