Job Description

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the client regarding progress and performance. You will work closely with a technical team on site to ensure effective, efficient and best practice scheduling, resourcing, progress monitoring and performance assessment and reporting.

You will schedule work orders for maintenance work on fleet landing craft including resource management (trades) and coordinating repair parts and equipment. Your responsibilities also include initiating actions to prevent occurrences of non-conformance and implement solutions for corrective actions and attending various production and scheduling meetings.

You will focus on continuous improvements and innovations, analysing and recommending improvements to current Ventia and Defence maintenance practices and drive excellence in risk and SHEQ performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients regarding progress and performance
  • Schedule work orders for maintenance work on fleet landing craft
  • Manage resources and coordinate repair parts and equipment
  • Initiate actions to prevent non-conformance and implement corrective actions
  • Attend production and scheduling meetings
