- To be a "people person" who values the importance of developing strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Tertiary education is highly regarded
- Above industry average earnings with a retainer plus uncapped incentive, providing unlimited earning potential
- Average earnings in the first year $75,000 - $85,000pa + super, with excellent year-on-year growth
