As a valued member of the Petstock Tasmania Pty Ltd team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our pet care retail environment.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships with pet owners and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pet care products and services, using your knowledge to inspire and educate customers.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently, meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and well-organized store.
  • Stay proactive in your learning, seeking opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in pet care and customer service.
  • Embody a strong safety mindset, promoting a culture of safety within the team and ensuring a safe working environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for animals and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical fitness, with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
