Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, utilising best practice nursing procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualised care plans, and implement interventions to address client needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in a community setting
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
