Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer First Mindset
  • Engage with and enable customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience and driving customer satisfaction through digital sales excellence.
  • Provide guidance and advisory services to clients on emerging technologies, digital sales & marketing strategies, data analytics, and customer service.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies, proactively sharing insights and thought leadership with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of sales and negotiation experience; OR A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience; OR A Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent)
