Business Development Manager Structured Finance and Operating Lease
This role requires a dynamic and experienced business leader to lead our Structured Finance and Operating Lease division. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring profitable and scalable new programs with new partners.

  • You will develop and maintain strong external relationships with existing Structured Finance partners and build a network of industry professionals to identify new opportunities for Structured Finance across P&A programs or Operating Lease and broker distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and deliver formal monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to stakeholders.

  2. Proactively develop and maintain face-to-face relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.

  3. Address escalations and queries in a timely, efficient, and customer-centric manner.

  4. Liaise with credit, operations, and the COO Office to deliver positive partner, customer, and broker outcomes.

Requirements:
  1. Exposure to Business Development and Relationship Management of 3rd Party Asset Finance Introducers.
  2. A proven customer service orientation.
  3. A history of proven sales growth and the ability to acquire new customers or third-party partners.
  4. Experience in Operating Lease and Rental products across medical and IT equipment.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, economics, or a related field are required. A working understanding of financial analysis and credit requirements and policies, as well as a sound working knowledge of Asset Finance and related products, is necessary. Additionally, you should have a sound knowledge of the commercial market and competitors' products.
