About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to lead our team of educators in providing high-quality care and education to children 0-6 years old.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS), and will be able to provide supervisory support and mentorship to educators to ensure they are meeting these standards.

This is a full-time position that involves working rotating shifts during operating hours, and requires flexibility and a commitment to providing excellent care and education to our children.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about children's learning and development, and who has a strong understanding of the importance of providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children 0-6 years old
  • Supervise and mentor educators to ensure they are meeting the standards of the EYLF and NQS
  • Develop and implement the Early Childhood Curriculum
  • Provide support and guidance to educators to ensure they are meeting the needs of children
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the centre is operating in a safe and efficient manner

  • Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
  • Ability to provide supervisory support and mentorship to educators
  • Passion for children's learning and development

  • High level of verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
