The venue is complete with a state-of-the-art fit-out, including over 70 screens, making it the ultimate venue to eat, drink and catch a game.

Job Summary

We are seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior Chef to provide support to the kitchen team at Sporting Globe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leadership, consistency, teamwork and producing great quality food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality food within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment.
  • Train, coach and develop fellow team members.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
  • Lead by example and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach and strong work ethic.
  • Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
