The RoleWe are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as a Special Counsel in Property. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in servicing top-tier Banking and Finance clients, as well as other firm clients with growth potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a national team of property experts, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and error-free conveyancing.
- Identify key training requirements for the team and implement effective solutions.
- Streamline processes and create frameworks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and grow your team's capabilities, fostering a fun and spirited culture.
- Build strong client relationships and networking opportunities.
