Early Childhood Education Leader

As an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Leader, you will have a strong focus on educator and team well-being. Your proven track record of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality education and care to children
  • Develop and implement effective staff development and leadership strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and work towards achieving Exceeding ratings
  • Collaborate with the support office team to ensure smooth operations and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised)
  • Experience in staff development and leadership
  • First Aid/CPR and WWCC certifications
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia
