The Business Intelligence Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing organizational efficiency, productivity, and performance through data-driven insights.
This position is responsible for collaborating closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
We're looking for someone who can gather and document needs, facilitate workshops, and ensure all stakeholders have a shared understanding of desired outcomes and deliverables.
- Analyse existing processes to identify areas for improvement and help design solutions that align with strategic objectives and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development by collaborating with technical stakeholders to ensure all solutions meet business expectations.
- Generate meaningful data insights and analytics to inform decision-making, enhance service delivery, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
