Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transcriber/Monitor to fill this challenging role.

The primary function of the Transcriber/Monitor will be to accurately record proceedings and produce high-quality transcripts in accordance with delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate transcripts with minimal errors.
  • Proofread all transcripts prior to submission to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Utilize supporting information to ensure accurate monitoring and transcription.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of production tools and various jurisdictions.
  • Travel to record proceedings as required.
  • Maintain open communication with team members to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 75 words per minute or higher.
  • Excellent English vocabulary and grammar skills.
  • Exceptional hearing and comprehension abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
