We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at headspace Schools & Communities. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership, consultation, and expertise in the delivery of evidence-informed service delivery and implementation of the program or projects.
The Clinical Lead will work closely with the National Program Manager and Team Lead to support and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the workshops within the Mental Health Education Program. This program provides mental health education sessions to school staff, students, parents, and carers across Australia, with a strong focus on building mental health literacy and capacity in regional, rural, and remote school communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and consultation to support the delivery of evidence-informed service delivery and implementation of the program or projects.
- Work closely with the National Program Manager and Team Lead to design, develop, and implement workshops within the Mental Health Education Program.
- Support the development and implementation of mental health education sessions for school staff, students, parents, and carers.
- Collaborate with health professionals and organisations to engage and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders.

We also offer:
- A competitive salary package up to the maximum amount ($15,900)
- Salary range of $103,500 - $109,000 pro rata, dependant on years of experience and qualifications
- A hybrid work environment where you can work from home and one of the National headspace Offices

To be eligible for this position, you must:
- Have the right to live and work in Australia
- Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent, and/or pass all of the WWCC(s) required for this role
- Satisfactorily undergo a headspace Police Check
- Have proof and be up to date with your Covid-19 vaccinations in accordance with the headspace COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy and any Government directives
- The ability to travel both regionally and interstate as required
- A current driver's licence and use of a fully maintained motor vehicle
