About this role:

  • We are seeking a skilled team member to join our Frame and Truss production team.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, working shifts across Monday to Friday.
  • There may also be opportunities for permanent full-time positions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking timber for cutting and manufacturing of wall frames and floor and roof trusses.
  • Operating manual and computerised saws to efficiently produce high-quality products.
  • Manual handling tasks include lifting and carrying timber, requiring physical fitness and stamina.

About the skills and qualifications required:

  • Demonstrate strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
  • Work well in a team environment, taking initiative and prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
  • An eye for detail and a sense of urgency are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior experience in the Frame & Truss industry is desired but not essential.
