Truss Production Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced production team.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Frame and Truss Production Team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate manual and computerized saws.
Key Responsibilities- Picking timber for cutting and manufacturing wall frames, floor trusses, and roof trusses
- Operating saws safely and efficiently
- Manual handling tasks including lifting and carrying timber
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desired but not essential
- Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Physical fitness and ability to be on your feet all day
This is a casual position with the potential to become a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure their success in the role.
Work EnvironmentThe ideal candidate will have a strong team ethic and be able to work effectively in an unsupervised environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
