About the Role

As a Client Services Manager, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-standard ticketing services for world-class events. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through timely and accurate event builds, reporting, and insights.

Key responsibilities include managing ticketing operations on event days, providing support and engagement on site, including Box Office Staff management, post-event reporting, settlements, and operational feedback. You will also collaborate with internal and external leads to implement marketing and promotional strategies ahead of time and ensure their fulfillment as planned.

Additionally, you will work with the State Manager and your team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to clients that increase ticket sales and build brand and event profiles.
