The Director of Enterprise Performance, Assurance and Risk is responsible for driving the development and implementation of a robust performance framework, ensuring the organisation's risk management and quality assurance processes remain up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the organisation's risk register, ensuring accurate and timely identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks.
- Provide strategic advice on governance and compliance matters, supporting executive decision-making and critical issue response.
- Lead the coordination of internal audit activities, working closely with internal auditors to develop and implement effective audit plans.
- Demonstrated experience in government, with a strong understanding of public sector governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in leading strategic planning initiatives, implementing organisational wide improvements, and developing governance frameworks to strengthen risk management systems.
- Deep understanding of regulation and its role in driving business outcomes, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
