Job Description

The role of Retail Merchandise Manager at our leading fashion brand involves driving curated, high-performing assortments that reflect our global brand and match our pace.

This is a newly created position, providing the opportunity to shape it from the ground up. You will be reporting to the Retail Merchandise Director and working closely with teams across Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing.

As part of our fast-paced team, you will own the end-to-end retail product assortment process across our store network. This includes creating monthly trend-led assortments tailored to store size, location, and customer profile.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Planning on OTB, sales plans, and store capacity, partnering with Supply Chain to streamline delivery timing and inventory flow, and aligning in-store visuals and marketing with product and trend direction.

  • Monitor the competitive retail landscape and adapt with product strategies that cut through.
