Lead Educator Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to take on a key position within our early childhood team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator looking to advance their career in early childhood education, with clear progression opportunities and the chance to develop as a leader in their field.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent), full working rights in Australia, and a valid Working with Children Check.

Key responsibilities include contributing to and facilitating the centre's curriculum, working closely with community partners, monitoring and documenting children's development, and guiding and mentoring educators.
