Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for families.
  • Work closely with families from first contact to guide them through the process and respond to their requests.
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family.

Requirements:

  • A strong customer service ethos and pride in delivering outstanding service.
  • Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • Ability to work with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • A full unrestricted driver's license.
