Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the sale of Mack, UD, and Volvo Truck parts. This includes meeting customer needs by offering competitive pricing and product recommendations.

Additionally, the Parts Interpreter will support and assist customers with parts sales while providing parts to the workshop team. They will also be responsible for meeting the needs of customers in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in the sale of parts over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Parts Support: Support and assist customers with parts sales while providing parts to the workshop team.
  • Workshop Liaison: Liaise with the workshop team to ensure seamless communication and efficient part delivery.

Requirements

Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of the heavy automotive industry. Previous experience in parts interpreting is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Heavy Automotive Industry: Have a solid understanding of the heavy automotive industry and its components.
  • Previous Experience: Possess previous experience in parts interpreting or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
