Senior Accounts Officer Role

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our finance team.

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Accounts Officer who possesses strong technical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and financial systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounts, including senior-level positions. Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities are also essential.

  • Lead the processing and payment execution for invoices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Manage aged creditors, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Financial Controller and Accountant to complete month-end and year-end close activities and assist with financial reporting.
  • Conduct regular debtor follow-ups with centers to ensure timely payments.

To excel in this role, you should be proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and vendor management skills.
