Clinical Nurse - Quality and Risk Management

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team in a dual role, providing support for the quality and risk management programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality and infection control procedures, practices and standards.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in relevant committees to collect and collate data, key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinical indicators.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • At least 5 years postgraduate experience and/or qualifications in Infection Control and/or Quality Management.
  • Experience in acute settings.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
  • High degree of computer literacy.
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills.
  • Immunization certificate (or working towards).
