Your Role

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to identify customer needs and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with management, sales, and product development to align strategies with product and business goals
  • Implement cross-channel marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Improve our website presence
  • Establish and monitor KPIs with data-driven optimization
  • Collaborate with SCHOTT marketing units for company-wide initiatives

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences
  • 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) marketing experience in the life sciences industry
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for scientific products
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and MS Dynamics
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach, thriving in dynamic environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate corporate structures and collaborate effectively across global teams
