Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customized marketing strategy that meets the specific needs of our Clinical Science Next Gen Sequencing Division and the Genetic Science Divisions in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch impactful marketing campaigns to achieve growth targets and drive key business initiatives, including new product launches.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with industry bodies to stay ahead of trends and foster key partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the local sales team to provide them with vital marketing insights and tools for efficient sales performance.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Continuously analyze and report on key campaign metrics, sharing insights and standard methodologies to drive ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably in a biological sciences.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Marketing, or 5+ years in sales in the scientific industry, with a preference to experience in the clinical market.
  • Skills: Successful track record of achieving results through and in collaboration with others, high level of commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
