At our coating company, we specialize in corrosion prevention for projects big and small across power generation, manufacturing, and facilities maintenance. Our workshop team handles site and shutdown work with a focus on equipment refurbishment, ensuring value and reliability for both new and existing customers.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Abrasive Blasting and Coatings Supervisor to lead our daily operations and ensure successful project completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the Team: Oversee daily operations to achieve project goals.
  • Refurbish Equipment: Restore pumps, pipes, tanks, and more to like-new condition.
  • Manage Workload: Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and schedules.

**Requirements:**

  • Team Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Relevant Certifications: EWP & Forklift High Risk, Trade Cert III in Surface Prep and Coating Application, Working at Heights, and Confined Space certifications.
  • Coating Inspection Experience: NACE qualifications or similar are a plus.
  • Good Communication Skills: Written and verbal proficiency in English.
