Powder Coating Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Powder Coating Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating powder coating spray equipment, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and cleaned to the required standard.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Set up and operate powder coating spray equipment.
  • Maintain and clean powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform inspections to ensure correct coating quality and standards are achieved.
  • Manual lifting of up to 20kgs.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in a customer service-focused team and working to schedules/lead times to meet customer demand.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
