Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our passionate and achievement-focused team in New South Wales. This role services the Northern Rivers region, including Ballina, Casino, Lismore, and Tenterfield.

In this role, you will play a key part in the continued growth of our enviable brand portfolio, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider, and seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as Furphy, Tooheys, Heineken, Guinness, Hahn, Stone & Wood, White Claw, and Little Creatures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our established on and off-premise customers, creating innovative strategies to increase sales and brand presence.
  • Travel to customers' venues to engage and understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Be a brand and company advocate, delivering growth through effective brand execution and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing Team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within current and new customers.

Requirements:

  • A customer-obsessed individual with a passion for sales and a drive for results.
  • Sales experience in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceuticals, with a focus on building strong customer partnerships.
  • A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities.
  • Accountability and a commitment to delivering on promises.
  • A full, clean driver's license and the ability to work in Australia on a permanent basis.
