Property Valuer Opportunity

We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Property Valuer, providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide quality valuation reports in a timely manner
    • Ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities

As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have a strong client focus and commitment to personal and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert valuation advice to clients
  • Managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets
  • Maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, CPV status or RPV, strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
