Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Valet to provide exceptional service and maintain our printing equipment on-site.

  • Maintain print equipment at various customer sites, ensuring high standards of copy quality, cleanliness, and consumable management.
  • Support maintenance, service, and Helpdesk support for our customers.
  • Perform routine fault preventative servicing and coordinate repairs with Konica Minolta's Helpdesk as needed.
  • Respond promptly to equipment faults, escalating technical issues to the Helpdesk for resolution.
  • Manage paper stock levels and refill paper trays as required.
  • Monitor and replenish consumables to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide user training on printer operation, both scheduled and ad hoc, to ensure seamless integration into our customers' workflows.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing relationships and satisfaction.
  • Pass a Working with Children check.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, proactivity, organization, and pride in work.
  • Desirable: technical experience; however, problem-solving and resolving issues should be enjoyable.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, with initial and ongoing product training provided.
