Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical SME to play a critical role in embedding clinical insight into the design and delivery of connected, data-driven health solutions. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with our global team to create personalized, simple, and connected healthcare experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical interoperability standards, digital health systems, and experience working in cross-functional teams bridging clinical and technical domains. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex concepts across disciplines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA-registered health professional with recent or current clinical experience.
  • Proven experience with digital health systems such as Best Practice, Halo Connect, EMRs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams bridging clinical and technical domains.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate complex concepts across disciplines.
