Legal Advocate Role

We are seeking an experienced legal advocate to join our team and provide high-quality legal services to vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative and civil law, as well as experience in providing trauma-informed legal advice and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legal assistance to clients who are survivors of child sexual abuse and the Stolen Generation.
  • Delivering plain language legal information, advice, and representation to clients through telephone and face-to-face services.
  • Contributing to a national legal practice, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and professional guidelines.
  • Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
