Empowering Individuals With Disabilities: A Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our disability support services.
This key role involves providing leadership guidance and support to our team of support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that empower individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the disability sector or providing disability support, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including roster coordination and general administration tasks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the support staff.
- Consult on behaviour support plans and team development.
- Support individuals with disabilities in their home and community.
- Attend team meetings and ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain regular contact with families and resolve any issues.
- Experience in the disability sector or providing disability support.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
