As a Casual Brand Ambassador, you will be the designated expert within your assigned stores and work with your Manager and other key stores to deliver an exceptional customer experience that leads to sales.

Your primary focus will be to engage customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of our products and convert these interactions into meaningful sales. This includes driving brand awareness across our product range, developing relationships with key store personnel and educating them on the value proposition of our products.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for delivering sales to meet or exceed targets, providing feedback on key field insights and activity, and maintaining high standards of customer service and relationship building.

We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, has strong communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment. If you have a proven track record in sales-related retail and customer engagement, we want to hear from you

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven sales-related retailer & customer engagement experience with demonstrated KPI results gained within a similar retail sales environment preferably gained within the technology category
  • High standards of customer service & relationship building
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • High energy levels with a passion to work within a team
  • Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
  • Must have own car and valid driver's license
