Infrastructure Development Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented expert to join our team based in Sydney.

About the Role

This expert will coordinate and manage engineering aspects of infrastructure projects from design through to delivery, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.

  • The ideal candidate will review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans, while monitoring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
  • They will identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise, assisting in procurement, contractor management, and project documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering design or project delivery, ideally within infrastructure or critical facilities (e.g. data centres, healthcare, utilities, or defence).
  • A strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle, excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with a working knowledge of relevant software and design tools (AutoCAD).
  • Full working rights in Australia.
